This weeks performance of the week goes out to two Northside Grizzlies basketball players.

Northside (8-11, 2-3 7A West) entered Friday nights matchup in Springdale against the HarBer Wild Cats having lost two straight games and knowing that they needed to win that game in order to stay in the hunt for a playoff seed.

Northside players Josh Berard and Chris Eckes combined for 41 points and hit 7 shots from three point land as Northside cruised to an 85-61 win handing HarBer its fifth straight loss.

Berard finished the game with 21 points and Eckes had 20 points.

Northside looks to continue it’s push for the playoffs against Heritage on Tuesday night before heading across town to in a Battle of Rogers Avenue, basketball style, as they square off against Southside on Friday night.
