Har-ber WR Nick Byrne is projected to be one of the Wildcats’ biggest playmakers this fall. Nick made a slick one-handed snag in the end zone in this Status Update.
The High School Show (THSS): What is the biggest asset that you bring to the table for a college coach that is recruiting you?
Nick Byrne: My athleticism and work ethic.
THSS: 7 on 7 football has become huge for high school football teams, especially in this area. How has 7 on 7 affected your development as a player?
Nick: It has allowed me to play against some of the top athletes out there and has showed me what I need to do to make it to the next level. It emphasizes the detail of route running and knowledge of the passing game.
THSS: Two of your fellow receivers, Michael Fine and Evan Johnson, are among the best in 7A. What has it been like to play with them?
Nick: It has been a privilege to learn from them. They are both great role models. The daily competition between us has helped me improve my game.
Alright alright alright that’s eaxclty what I needed!
