This weeks team of the week is the Siloam Springs Panthers boys basketball team.
The Panthers played the Harrison Goblins and had to rally from two different 10 point defecits to earn a 66-65 5A West Conference.
After rallying multiple times through out the game Siloam’s Shane Carlson sank two free throws with 7.5 seconds left to put the Panthers up by one point. Harrison’s Alex Rose then drove the court and put up a potentially game winning lay up before Siloam’s 6’8″ Payton Henson got a hand on the ball and blocked the shot.
Siloam improved to 14-5 overall and 5-1 in 5A West Conference play while Harrison fell to 9-8 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
Siloam was led in the scoring department by Payton Henson who finished the game with 32 points while Dylan Gray had 13 points.
